ABOUT US
Our mission to provide premium coconut products to customers around the world. We are dedicated to producing the highest quality products, and prioritize excellent customer service in all of our interactions.
Our vision is to become the leading global provider of coconut products, and we strive to achieve this through our commitment to sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility. We believe that by operating with integrity and transparency, we can make a positive impact on the communities in which we operate.
Our coconut products begin with the finest coconuts, which are sourced from the fertile land of Ben Tre Province in Vietnam. Here, our team of skilled farmers use sustainable techniques to cultivate and harvest the coconuts, ensuring that the final product is of the highest quality.
We use two types of coconuts in our products: mature coconuts, which are used for coconut oil and desiccated coconut, and young coconuts, which are used for coconut water and coconut milk.
In our commitment to sustainability, we use natural fertilizers and implement water conservation measures in our coconut farming operations. We also take steps to prevent erosion and protect the natural habitats of the local wildlife.

OUR PROCESS
- Coconut farming: Coconuts are grown and harvested in the fertile land of Ben Tre Province, using sustainable farming techniques. Only mature coconuts, which have a thick and hard outer shell, are used for producing coconut oil.
- Coconut processing: The coconuts are transported to a processing facility, where they are cleaned and the outer husks are removed. The coconut meat is then grated and dried to produce copra, which is the raw material for coconut oil.
- Oil extraction: The copra is cold-pressed to extract the oil, using a proprietary process that preserves the natural flavor and nutrients of the coconut. This results in raw, unrefined coconut oil.
- Refining: The raw coconut oil is filtered and refined to remove any impurities and to give it a clear, light-colored appearance. This process also removes any strong or undesirable flavors or odors.
- Packaging: The refined coconut oil is bottled and labeled, using high-quality glass jars to protect the oil from light and air. The jars are then sealed and inspected for any defects before being shipped to customers.
Coconut Milk
Salt Seasons also offers high-quality coconut milk in a range of fat contents and sizes. We offer 8-10% fat and 17-19% fat coconut milk in both 160mL and 400mL tin cans. Our coconut milk is made using the finest coconuts sourced from the fertile region of Ben Tre in Vietnam.
To produce our coconut milk, we start by harvesting the coconuts and extracting the coconut meat. The coconut meat is then ground and mixed with water to create a creamy and rich milk. We offer both organic and conventional coconut milk, with our organic options produced using natural and sustainable methods free from synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.
Coconut milk has a wide range of applications and is commonly used in cooking and baking as a dairy milk alternative. It is also a popular ingredient in many soups, sauces, and desserts. In addition, coconut milk can be used as a natural hair and skin moisturizer, leaving them feeling soft and nourished.
OUR PROCESS
- Coconut farming: Coconuts are grown and harvested in the fertile land of Ben Tre Province, using sustainable farming techniques. Only young coconuts, which have a softer outer shell and contain a higher amount of coconut water, are used for producing coconut milk.
- Coconut processing: The coconuts are transported to a processing facility, where they are cleaned and the outer husks are removed. The coconut meat is grated and mixed with water to extract the milk. The mixture is then strained to remove any solids, resulting in raw coconut milk.
- Pasteurization: The raw coconut milk is pasteurized to extend its shelf life and to ensure food safety. This involves heating the milk to a high temperature for a short period of time, and then rapidly cooling it.
- Packaging: The pasteurized coconut milk is packaged in 13.5oz tin cans, which provide a secure and airtight seal to preserve the quality of the milk. The cans are then labeled with relevant information such as the product name, ingredients, and nutritional facts.

OUR PROCESS
- Harvesting: Coconut water is the clear liquid inside young, green coconuts. The coconuts are harvested by hand or by machine, depending on the size of the farm and the availability of labor.
- Processing: After harvesting, the coconuts are husked and the coconut water is extracted from the coconuts using a needle or a spout. The extracted coconut water is then filtered to remove any impurities or debris.
- Pasteurization: To ensure the safety of the coconut water and extend its shelf life, the coconut water is pasteurized. This involves heating the coconut water to a high temperature for a short period of time to kill any potential pathogens.
- Packaging: Once the coconut water has been pasteurized, it is ready to be packaged. The coconut water is poured into 240ml aluminum cans and sealed.
Toasted Coconut Chips
Toasted coconut chips are a healthy and tasty snack that can be enjoyed on their own or used as a topping for a variety of dishes. They are a great source of fiber and are naturally free from trans fats and cholesterol. To produce our toasted coconut chips, we start by harvesting the coconuts and slicing them into thin chips. The chips are then toasted to perfection, creating a crunchy and flavorful snack. We offer both unflavored and chili garlic flavored coconut chips, giving our customers a range of options to choose from.
OUR PROCESS
- coconuts are harvested by hand or by machine, depending on the size of the farm and the availability of labor.
- Processing: After harvesting, the coconuts are husked and the meat is extracted. The coconut meat is then sliced into thin strips or “chips.” The chips are then dried, either through sun drying or through mechanical drying methods.
- Toasting: To give the coconut chips a toasted flavor, they are placed in an oven or on a stovetop and baked or roasted until they are golden brown. The toasting process may also involve adding seasonings or sweeteners to the coconut chips.
